Cancellation and Refund Policy
I understand that sometimes schedules change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that my services can run smoothly and efficiently. Please carefully review my cancellation and refund policy below. By booking any service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Cancellations
- I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% fee of the total service amount.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to be present for your scheduled service or I am unable to access the property for any reason, it will be considered a “no-show.”
- In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- A no-show will apply if the property is inaccessible due to reasons caused by the agent, client, or myself as the service provider.
Other Considerations
- If you anticipate any issues with accessing the property or attending your scheduled service, please contact me as soon as possible.
- I reserve the right to enforce these policies to maintain the quality of my service and ensure fairness for both my clients and myself.
